This quick application helps us get to know you better and match our puppies with the perfect homes. It only takes a minute to fill out, and once submitted, we’ll contact you directly by email or phone from 470-557-5620 with next steps.
This application can be used for both current available puppies and future litters.
If applying for a puppy ready to go now, let us know which one in your application, if approved, we will send over our contract through Docusign. Deposit instructions will be in the contract.
If you’d like to secure priority placement for an upcoming puppy, you may join our paid waitlist by submitting a $150 non-refundable deposit with this application. (Scroll past the application for payment link and more details)
Waitlist members are contacted in order of deposit received, before puppies are offered to the public.

Waitlist Policy
.Paid Waitlist: Joining the paid waitlist requires a $150.00 deposit. Once a suitable Puppy is available, Buyer must pay an additional $350.00 non-refundable deposit to reserve the Puppy until pickup.
.Waitlist Order: Families are placed on the paid waitlist in the order deposits are received. Your position is secured at the exact date and time your $150 deposit is submitted. Puppies will be offered to families in that order.
.No Suitable Puppy: If Seller does not produce a Puppy matching Buyer’s description within one (1) year, the $150.00 deposit will be refunded upon request.
. Passing on a Puppy: Buyer may pass on one (1) Puppy without penalty. If Buyer passes on a second Puppy that meets their description, all deposits become non-refundable. If you do not respond to us within 24 hours of being notified about an available puppy, we will move to the next person on the list.
